“First Day of School Documentation”
First Day of School Documentation includes all of your annual forms that we collect and store in a student’s cumulative file. Please fill all of these forms out electronically (a copy is sent to the Front Office when you hit “submit,” and you will also get a receipt confirming submission) by MONDAY, AUGUST 31, 2020.
